The sales engineer is responsible for first line customer support when it comes to technical-, commercial requests received.   

Responsibilities:

  • Take up any enquiry received from our customers
  • Produce sales quotations when needed
  • Follow up on quotations with clients
  • Provide product selection guidance to customers
  • Communicate realistic engineering requirements
  • Advice and support for Spare Parts quotations.
     

Activities:

  • Research into quotations, liaise with engineering
  • Pre-engineering and cost estimation
  • Quotation administration in Infor
  • Ensuring that customer demands are met
  • Communication with clients and external relations
  • Monitoring order statistics and reporting

 
Education and Experience

  • Vocational commercial degree
  • Strong affinity with electro-technical engineering and renewable wind market
  • Several years of sales experience preferably in a business-to-business environment
  • Spoken and written command of Dutch and English language
  • Command of German is a pro
  • Good communication skills
